The challenge

The client builds connected hardware and needed a software layer to bring device data into the cloud — reliably ingesting telemetry, visualising it and letting users monitor and control devices remotely.

IoT brings hard problems: intermittent connectivity, high-volume time-series data, and the need for secure, real-time communication between devices and the cloud.

Our solution

We built a cloud platform that ingests device telemetry over lightweight messaging, stores it efficiently as time-series data, and surfaces it in real-time React dashboards.

Secure device authentication, remote control commands and alerting let users act on what their devices report, not just observe it.

The architecture is designed to scale with device count, handling spikes in telemetry without losing data.
