Overview

An on-demand service marketplace connecting customers with vetted service professionals, with booking, tracking and payments.

The challenge

The client wanted to launch an on-demand service marketplace where customers could book vetted professionals for home and field services — a two-sided platform that had to feel effortless for both customers and providers.

It needed reliable booking, real-time job tracking, fair job dispatch, secure payments and a provider app that worked well in the field on patchy connections.

Our solution

We built customer and provider mobile apps with Flutter on top of a Node.js backend, sharing one consistent API and design language across both.

A booking and dispatch engine matches jobs to available providers, with real-time status updates and map-based tracking so customers always know what is happening.

In-app payments, ratings and a provider management dashboard complete the loop, keeping quality high and the marketplace trustworthy.
